In his first term as Commissioner, he has ensured Lake County’s fiscal stability through effective budgeting and planning, lead the way on reforms to county procedures and protocols, and worked with communities from across Lake County to ensure high-quality services are accessible to all who call Lake County home.

Morris Beverage III is a third generation Lake County resident. As a father, a small business owner, and a philanthropist, he has led a life of service helping others in his community with a commitment to conservative principles. Morris’s grandfather left a West Virginia coal mine to seek a better life for their family in Lake County, and Morris started a business to continue that tradition. He serves Lake County as a Commissioner to make that dream of a better life for one’s family a reality for others, and support others who apply themselves to helping others.
Morris is Experienced.
His dedication to positive community impact can be seen imprinted in county wide initiatives and organizations such as the United Way of Lake County, Leadership Lake County, Lake County Historical Society and so many more. In roles such as Campaign Chair, Board Member, Fundraising Chair, Advocate, and Sponsor he actively engages, supports, and drives movement.
